Charlene K. Brumley, B.S.W., earned a social work degree from SUNY College at Buffalo. She is an accredited member of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation and a practitioner member of the Academy of Family Mediators. Ms. Brumley is a member of the State Council's Board of Directors and is chair of its Public Relations Committee. She is an associate member of the New York State Bar Association and is currently president of the Western New York Association of Divorce and Family Mediators. Ms. Brumley has been practicing divorce mediation since 1984.

 

 

Timothy J. Mordaunt, Esq., is an attorney in the general practice of law and is a trained mediator. He received his J.D. from SUNY at Buffalo and was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1988. Prior to earning his law degree he earned a B.A. in psychology and sociology and completed course work for a Ph.D. in sociology at SUNY at Buffalo. Mr. Mordaunt was employed by the Nichols School as a counselor, dean, and teacher (psychology) from 1978 to 1983. Most recently, he completed his mediation training at the Mediation Center of Rochester.
